This was so much fun to read Ashutosh. The eternal struggle for all living things to acquire what is needed to survive is a fascinating never ending saga… thank you for sharing!

Yes. In a day I have shooed off wild pigs, then lit some firecrackers to shoo off monkeys and then on the evening walk seen a couple of foxes roaming around to find food. I guess this is the time when everyone is hoping to get their hands on what mother nature has created during the rainy season..

I live in a small town in AZ USA. We have wild pigs here called Javalinas. The only way to grow a garden is to fence it as they can destroy the whole thing pretty quickly. One year I didnt latch the gate fully and the Javalinas got in and destroyed a good portion of a community garden. I had very different words than your Uncle.

Hahaha… we are not allowed to shoot them but we do sometimes put up some traps to tech them a lesson..

We can't shoot them here either if they are inside town boundaries. If fact where I grew up in the Northern Rockies the deer have figured out they are safe in town and have become quite pests because they can jump fences and eat flower gardens etc.

The javelina here like to knock over trash cans as well. We solved that problem by putting dog food laced with plenty of cayenne pepper near the garage pick up site. They didn't come back after that.
